2nd Edit 1/3/2020As this camera is functioning fully now, I decided to go ahead and increase rating to 5 stars. For all I know, the "glitchyness" I experienced previously may have been user-error.So really I have no complaints, and the seller was very responsive to any issues I had.Very pleased with the camera. For anyone looking at this one (PC540), you might consider instead the PC650 which is dual band (works on 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi).Edit 1/1/2020I somehow managed to get the sharing feature to work. After trying unsuccessfully several times, including deleting and re-creating accounts, it suddenly worked. User error? No idea, but the sharing is working as expected now.Edit 12/31/2019My original headline was "Won't recognize SD card, Victure unresponsive"After about a week, VICTURE acknowledged my concerns. Possibly the delay was due to large requests for customer support. They offered to send an SD card and also a replacement camera.I eventually got the camera to recognize my 64GB C10 SD card by deleting and re-creating my account, and re-setting my camera. Basically I started from scratch. But now it is working.I decided to leave 1 star off because the app (IPC360) seems somewhat glitchy, and also because the app has limited playback functionality. I have mine set up to record only motion activation. When I review the clips, there is no functionality to fast forward, which would be useful. Also some of the clips don't seem to show any activity, which could either be due to a delay in camera start-up (ie, the activity stopped before the camera began recording?), or maybe the sensitivity is set too high.Another irritation is that the pan control can be glitchy at times, sort of "semi-responsive." Most of the time it seems to work pretty well though. Also sometimes when panning, the camera simply decides to do a 360 rotation for no apparent reason. The picture quality is very good, and the night vision is also very good. One other concern is that I currently can not get the camera to share with a second cellphone. Before I deleted and re-created my account, I was able to share. I believe that eventually I will be able to correct this, but as stated, software seems to be a bit "glitchy."Overall, a nice camera for the price!I'm getting ready to return this camera! This is unfortunate because the camera appears to be a great item, but for the life of me I cannot get it (or maybe the software) to recognize my SD card. And Victure is completely unresponsive to their web-form or their e-mail when I request help. The camera will record just fine if I make a manual recording or snap a picture, but the motion detection recording is unusable because the app continually informs me that there is no SD card.My card is a Sandisk 64GB C10, as per what I can discern is needed from my research. The app was useless in formatting the card, so I used the Verbatim FAT32 Tool. This is becoming way too frustrating!
